Born 20 December 1900 in Berlin, Germany, as Elisabeth Arndt.
Died 22 January 1964 in West Berlin, Germany, of cancer.

Married Hanns Schwarz, 1920; [?] divorced? 1922.
Married unknown doctor husband, 1939; until his death.

Lissy Arna began film work in 1918, on to a filmography of more than 60 films, and soon was a star notably appearing in Die elf Teufel (1927) and Unter der Laterne (1928), both available on home video. She appeared in one American film, Beyond Victory (1931).

Lissy retired from motion picture work in 1939 after her second marriage.
